Our satisfaction guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of Eco Nuts and you purchased from the Eco Nuts website, you can return the product within 90 days for a full refund. Our 90 day return window does not apply to products purchased elsewhere.
If you purchased your Eco Nuts on Amazon, Soap.com, Vine.com or similar sites please refer to the website you purchased from for your return/refund. Eco Nuts will not accept returns of items purchased from other websites or stores.
Eco Nuts will not process returns based on price matching.
If you purchased via the Eco Nuts website, please read all instructions on this page and email us at email@example.com with the following information:
- Receipt/proof of purchase.
- The batch number: Some items will have a batch code on a sticker (this is different from the bar code number)
Packaging and Shipping Instructions:
Before sending any shipment to Eco Nuts, you MUST secure a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) approval. Any shipment received without an RMA will not be accepted. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive your RMA.
Eco Nuts must receive your product within 30 days of RMA issue, or your RMA will be cancelled.
All Eco Nuts products must be returned with secure and sufficient packaging to protect the products from possible damage during transit. Your return/refund may be voided if product(s) is received damaged as a result of inadequate packaging.
All return packaged must be labeled with the RMA number on the outside of the package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if Eco Nuts provides you with a shipping label. If you are using your own shipping service to return an item to us, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- If a laundry or cleaning product is missing some or all of its original contents
- If the item is incomplete (i.e. dryer balls are missing)
- If the packaging is damaged for reasons not due to our error
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or PayPal account. There is often some processing time before your funds can show up in your account, please allow several business days to receive funds.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged or returned product to reach you may vary.
