THE MANY HOUSEHOLD USES FOR SOAP NUTS

Have you made your own batch of Eco Nuts Liquid Detergent? Now that you’ve got the liquid – here’s what you can do with it!

Laundry: Use 3 tablespoons Eco Nuts homemade liquid detergent for a large load of laundry in your machine. You can also freeze the liquid in ice cube trays and use 2-3 cubes per load.

  • The liquid detergent we sell only requires 1 capful (1 teaspoon) for regular laundry loads

  • Unlike harsh commercial laundry detergents, it’s easy on both hands and fabrics!

Wetsuits: Use 3 tablespoons of Eco Nuts™ homemade liquid or 1 capful of our packaged liquid detergent.

Handwashing Dishes: dilute 1/4 capful of liquid detergent or use homemade liquid in a squeeze bottle for hand-washing silver or china!

Glass, Tile, and Countertops: Fill a clean spray bottle with 10 parts water, 1 part Eco Nuts liquid, and a few drops of vinegar. Shake well. Spray and wipe windows clean.

Dog Baths: Add Eco Nuts™ Liquid to a spray or squeeze bottle and shampoo your dog’s fur with ease. works great for sensitive-skinned stinky pooches!

Jewelry: Soak metal and gemstones for a few minute in a small amount of Eco Nuts™ liquid, using a toothpick or toothbrush to gently loosen any visible dirt. Rinse with clean water and polish with a soft cloth. Did you know soap nuts were traditionally used by the people of India to clean their jewelry?

Plant Pest Repellant: Add 10 parts water and 1 part Eco Nuts™ liquid (1 tbsp Neem Oil is optional) to a clean spray bottle. Shake well. Spray over the entire plant and allow to air dry.
