Eco Nuts Shipping Policy
Due to health and safety changes at our warehouse due to COVID-19 orders may take up to 5 business days to ship, and packages seem to be taking longer to arrive.
To save trees, packing slips are not included in any web orders.
We are not responsible for packages that arrive damaged. If a package is damaged in transit, please file a claim with the carrier.
For US Customers:
We currently offer shipping via USPS First Class, Priority Mail and Fed Ex Ground and Home Delivery.
Orders placed outside the continental US may be charged additional shipping charges.
The cost for shipping is based on the weight of your order, and the costs are what Fed Ex and USPS charge. Please note, some packages may be heavy and cost more to ship. Please keep in mind that our products are priced lower than our competitors so you are getting an incredible value for what you are purchasing.
For International Customers:
We ship to most areas of the world via USPS.
All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. Eco Nuts cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.
